I'm Hendro Greeff, and I've spent 35 years building systems that make organizations function — at airlines where a software bug grounds planes, at automotive companies where a broken integration stops production lines, and inside enterprise software teams where a single workflow touches thousands of users.

I've managed programs, architected platforms, and written the code. I know what it takes to ship something that works on day one and still works on day one thousand.

How is this different from hiring a consultant?
Consultants hand you a deck and an invoice. I hand you working software. The Discovery & Audit still produces a written plan, but it's a build plan I'm going to execute — not a recommendations document for you to figure out how to implement. You pay me to solve the problem, not to describe it.
What does the $750 actually include?
A 45-minute discovery call, AI-assisted analysis of your operations, a written build plan delivered within 48 hours, a 30-minute review call to walk through it, and a custom AI assistant configured for your business that you get to keep — whether you hire me for the build or not. Flat fee. No retainer. No upsell pressure on the call.
How long does a build project take?
Most builds land between 2 and 6 weeks depending on scope. A single automation or AI agent is usually 1–2 weeks. A full system with integrations and internal tools runs 4–6. I quote fixed price and fixed timeline up front — if something goes long on my end, that's my problem, not yours.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. My clients are owners who know their business inside out and don't want to become tech project managers. I handle the stack, the integrations, the edge cases. You tell me what's not working. I come back with something that works. Your team gets trained; you get documentation.
What if AI isn't actually the right tool for my problem?
Then I won't sell you AI. Most of what I build is plain automation, integration work, and custom tooling — AI just happens to be one more tool in the kit when it's the right fit. 35 years of enterprise engineering means I can tell the difference between "this needs AI" and "this needs a properly configured CRM and a scheduled job."
What happens if I don't like the build plan?
You keep the plan, you keep the AI assistant, and we part as friends. There's no obligation to hire me for the implementation. The $750 covers itself on the analysis alone — most clients walk away with a clearer picture of their operations than any consultant has ever given them.
Who owns the systems you build?
You do. Everything runs on your accounts (your CRM, your Claude workspace, your n8n or Make, your APIs). I build it, document it, train your team on it, and hand it over. No vendor lock-in. If you ever want to take it elsewhere or run it yourself, nothing stops you.
